If at any time during the design process you are not completely satisfied with the level of service you receive you are free to pull the plug.  Any up front fees received will be returned, no questions asked.  Well, we may ask why.

Hosting fees will be prorated based on usage and returned as well.

Promotional Products

If you receive promotional products that are printed incorrectly or are wrong in any way due to something Dala did, we will refund the full purchase price immediately.

If the error was on your part, or due to some unforeseen factor we will work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution.

We strive to supply only top notch promotional products but are not always in control of the end quality.  Please let us know immediately if you are unhappy with your product in any way.
