Dala Ad Agency reserves the right to be selective about who we host sites for. We choose to specifically host sites we've worked with our clients on. Sorry, we don't host to the general public. We also reserve the right to be selective when it comes the content we host for our clients. We refuse to host anything we deem to be in bad taste, pornographic, of a violent nature, or slanderous. Dala Ad Agency will immediately terminate any account that breaks this policy. We also don't approve of spam - who does? Usage of our email servers that resembles spam, unsolicited mail, or any other wreckless endangerment of our mail servers will result in immediate account suspension. This may seem harsh, but our clients benefit from using mail servers that are not blacklisted. Web Development & Graphic Design
We want you to be 100% happy with your web site and or design project, as well as your overall experience with Dala. We will work closely with you every step of the way to arrive at a design you are comfortable with. If at any time during the development phase you are not satisfied, let us know. If you just don't think it is working out, we reserve the right to bill you for services rendered thus far (prorated). We will always be up front in our pricing, from the initial project proposal and quote, to final enhancements. For smaller projects, we will send an invoice when the job is complete. For larger projects, we usually expect half of the quoted price up front, and half upon completion. We will let you know this before accepting any project. Promotional Products
Dala Ad Agency does not produce or print your products. We use our years of experience and relationships built in the industry to secure your products at the lowest price we can offer. For orders under $100, we will invoice you. For orders over $100 we will require payment before placing your order. If you can find a better price on something we offer at DalaPromo.com, let us know. If we can't match it, we will always encourage you to go with your heart. If you have trouble finding someting on DalaPromo.com, send us an email or give us a call. Chances are, we can track it down for you.
Limited License; Permitted Uses
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein.
